Stephen H. Wilkinson, President
Stephen H. Wilkinson has been President and Owner of Richmond Security, Inc. since January of 2007. He previously served as Operations Manager from November 2004.
Since stepping into the security industry in 1996, Stephen has gained wide exposure to a cross section of product lines, building the foundation for his current role with Richmond Security. Stephen's security industry experience began at Medeco Security Locks in Salem, VA. A top sales and Medeco Business Development facilitator, he was honored with the 1997 Medeco Salesperson of the Year Award. He has also been employed by Best Access Systems and Stanley Security Solutions, both mechanical and electronic access control integrators.
Originally from Jackson, MS Stephen attended the University of Mississippi and later served in the United States Navy for 5 years. Upon returning to Mississippi, Stephen completed his undergraduate degree with a BSBA in Accounting from Mississippi College.
Stephen is an invited member of the prestigious VA Council of CEO’s (VCOC), and he and his wife Stephanie are active members of West End Presbyterian Church.

Mike Moran, Service Coordinator
Mike Moran is an expert locksmith and security consultant with over 25 years of security experience. He has been a part of Richmond Security since 1980 and has built our company's outstanding reputation.
Mike's highest priority is providing top service and assistance to his customers, so they can best secure their business or home. Besides working directly with customers, Mike manages Richmond Security's service workers by dispatching jobs and overseeing work quality.
Mike is a designated CPL (Certified Professional Locksmith). Originally from Grand Rapids Michigan, in his spare time he enjoys bowling, golf, yard work and reading.

Carol Bain, Business Manager
Carol Bain has been Richmond Security's Business Manager since 2006. She is responsible for all financial aspects of the organization, and previously served in the corporate world of banking as Branch Manager of First Virginia Bank (now BB&T) for 23 years.
Carol enjoys the power and control of working for a small business, which she says makes her feel more fully invested in the success of the company. Carol earned her Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Roanoke College.
