American Heart Association Golf Tournament Press Release
Richmond, VA (October 2012) - For the third year in a row, Richmond Security was a key sponsor of the Chippenham Johnston-Willis Hospital Golf Tournament to Benefit the American Heart Association (AHA). This year’s tournament was held on Thursday, October 11th at Providence Country Club in Richmond, VA. Tee times were at 12:30 PM and utilized a Captain’s Course format. A Silver Level sponsor, Richmond Security also donated a security safe as the prize in the longest drive competition.

President of Richmond Security to serve on the Medeco Security Center Advisory Council
Richmond, VA (October 2012) - Stephen Wilkinson, president of local security provider Richmond Security, has been invited to participate in the inaugural MSC (Medeco Security Center) Advisory Council. Medeco and Arrow, global leaders in door opening solutions, have developed the Council to engage leaders from the MSC program with senior executives from Medeco and Arrow to discuss industry trends, business priorities and strategic direction.
Wilkinson was extended the invitation because of his ongoing support of Medeco, Arrow and eCylinder and his team’s active participation in the MSC Program. The council will meet twice a year and terms will be rotating with members serving from one year up to three years. They will work to gather feedback on new product development, understand the business challenges facing their clients, work to develop strategies to overcome these challenges, identify coming shifts in the market and emerging opportunities, and more.
